All orders within the U.K that use the Standard Royal Mail delivery option are sent to you FREE of charge.

Recorded Delivery is also offered as an optional extra. The cost of Recorded Delivery is £1.50

Delivery & Returns

Our Products

By the very nature of our work no two handmade cards will be exactly the same. The products you receive will be the same as the product you ordered. However please be aware in some circumstances the product you receive may differ very slightly from the image advertised on our site. An example of this will be a slightly different cut on a design or very slight colour variations. In the majority of cases this will not be an issue and you will receive the exact item.

If you are in anyway unhappy with the products that you receive please contact us in the first instance to resolve the issue.

United Kingdom Delivery Options

We offer two delivery options.

1. STANDARD ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY - All U.K Standard Royal Mail orders are posted FREE of charge.

2. RECORDED ROYAL MAIL DELIVERY - Our Recorded Delivery option is sent to your door via Royal Mail. To have your order sent Recorded Delivery simply select the option in the checkout stages. The cost of Recorded Delivery is £1.50 per order. Recorded Delivery is totally optional.

European Delivery Options

All European orders will be delivered by standard airmail. The delivery charge for orders up to £10.00 is just £2.50, for orders from £10.00 to £20.00 is just £4.50 and the charge for all orders over £20.00 is £3.50

Worldwide Delivery Options

All Worldwide orders will be delivered by standard airmail. The delivery charge for orders up to £10.00 is just £4.50, for orders from £10.00 to £20.00 is just £8.50 and the charge for all orders over £20.00 is £5.00

Returns Policy

Every care is taken to ensure your item reaches you safely and undamaged. However things can go wrong and we rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver your item in the condition that it left us.

At CraftedCards4You.co.uk we cannot offer refunds if a customer simply doesnt like a product they have ordered. We encourage you to view each item carefully before purchase. The item you view will be the item you will receive. If you believe the item you received differs from the item you ordered then please contact out team with the details you recieved for the order and we will help resolve the issue.

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced or monies refunded if returned in original packaging and that have been sent to you via Recorded Delivery. If you believe an item has been lost or damaged in the post then please contact us to resolve the issue. If you need to return an item please be aware the cost of delivery must be met by yourselves.

If your order was lost or damaged in transit and you DID NOT select Recorded Delivery then we will provide you with full proof of delivery for you to contact your local sorting office/post office.
